Hāpara is currently looking for a Salesforce Analyst/Administrator to work in its Chicago office.

Full job description:

As a Salesforce Analyst/Admin, you will report to the VP of Sales. You will produce reports, interpret data, and provide strategic recommendations on areas of improvement and opportunities for the sales organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality and validity of our large Salesforce database and being the point person for helping coordinate departmental data initiatives with the support of our Salesforce Developer.

We would like the candidate to work full-time in our Chicago office (located a block from Merchandise Mart Brown Line)

Responsibilities:

Partner with sales leadership on operational reporting and analytical requests: board reporting, sales productivity, and performance analysis, quota tracking, funnel conversion metrics, and other sales KPIs

Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales organization and work with stakeholders to solve and improve these pain points

Build and leverage weekly reporting/forecasting for the sales teams to proactively engage on areas of opportunity and challenges in the business

Partner with our Salesforce Developer to go through Salesforce and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Maintain a clean data CRM to make analysis accurate and high impact

Qualifications:

Experience with Sales and Marketing systems (Salesforce.com/Hubspot/Groove)

Exceptional data and analytical experience

High level of expertise using Google sheets

Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

The burning desire to take an idea or problem and find the solution through data without a step-by-step approach for how to get there
