New Hāpara updates for technology administrators and educators

Coming soon to a classroom near you! Hāpara updates for the new school year

As the school year begins, we have new updates that will make it easier for you to get Hāpara tools up and running in your district, school or classroom. Our goal is to make the setup process as smooth as possible for you and to provide help along the way whenever you need it.

Check out these updates for Hāpara educators and administrators. 

Alert if no classes are loaded

At the start of the school year, educators and technology administrators will see a message if classes haven’t been loaded yet into the Hāpara Instructional Suite. Our goal is to help you get started as soon as possible and get the support you need.

Educators 

When you log into Hāpara, at the bottom of your My Classes page, you’ll see a message if you don’t have any classes loaded yet.

Please ask your District or School Hāpara Administrator to load them for the current school year.

If you see this message, please reach out to your Hāpara Technology Administrator for help adding your missing classes. They’ll be able to load them for you so your learners can begin using Hāpara right away.

When you log into your Hāpara Admin Console, at the top of your page, you’ll see a message if educators’ classes haven’t been loaded yet.

We have step-by-step support articles that will guide you through the data loading process. Reach out to our Support team anytime, though, if you need more assistance. We’re here to help make the process as easy as possible.

Chat live with the Support team

Hāpara Technology Administrators, we have an exciting update for you! In the Hāpara Admin Console, you can now access our Live Chat feature to get help in real time from the Hāpara Support team. 

Just click the purple question mark at the bottom of your screen and select Live Chat.

The hours for the Live Chat are 7 a.m. — 9 p.m. CT. If you need help outside of these hours, you’ll be prompted to open a support ticket, if you’d like, and the Support team will respond when they’re next available.
