Google Classroom and Hāpara are better together

Make digital instruction easier and help your students manage their learning content.

How Google Classroom works alongside Hāpara

When teachers sync their Google Classroom to Hāpara, they get access to extra features in Hāpara Highlights and Hāpara Teacher Dashboard that help streamline digital instruction. Plus, learners can manage their Google Classroom content in Hāpara Student Dashboard, making it easier to stay on top of assignments.

Google Classroom + Hāpara Highlights

Hāpara Highlights is a Chrome browser monitoring solution that gives teachers visibility into what learners are doing online. They can guide learners’ browsing, provide personalized support and give digital citizenship feedback.

After synching Google Classroom to Hāpara, there are features that help with digital instruction. First, teachers don’t have to leave Highlights to send learners Google Classroom content. With the “Share links” feature, they can share websites to open directly onto learners’ devices. On top of that, they can share Google Classroom questions, assignments and materials without needing to leave Highlights.

Teachers can also access learners’ Google Drives, allowing them to check on progress, help learners find misplaced files and ensure learners are using their Drives safely.

Google Classroom + Hāpara Teacher Dashboard

Hāpara Teacher Dashboard is a dashboard that makes it easier for teachers to give formative feedback to learners. In one dashboard, teachers can see the Google files learners have recently worked on. These recent Google Docs, Forms, Sheets and Drawings include Google Classroom assignments. Even if a learner submits a Google Classroom assignment, it will still appear in Teacher Dashboard. Teachers can preview a file or click on it to open it and leave feedback.

From Teacher Dashboard, teachers can also share files with learners, groups or the class or create new files to share.
